An article in the Clanton Advertiser (Clanton, Alabama) tells us about a third grade teacher, Shannon Williams, who is now also teaching belly dancing. Although she doesn't have much to say about belly dancing costumes , she does say, "Belly dancing is a great way to keep in shape and the great part about it is that you don't have to be a skinny person to do the dances. This is something that anyone can do no matter their age or body shape."
