I believe the freedom he's dreaming of doesn't necessitate being extraordinarily lucky to rise out poverty. I believe the freedom he's dreaming of means that a man raised in the slums shouldn't have to work twice as hard to achieve financial success as a man raised on Park Avenue.

I believe the freedom he wants includes the ability to succeed in a business venture without being forced to outsource to China or go out of business because you can't compete with artificially low prices.

The freedom he wants, the freedom many of us want, is the freedom that equates hard work with success. If you work hard every day, there is NO reason that you should be on the brink of starvation, foreclosure, of bankruptcy... yet so many are. Others golf 4 days of the week and let their 'investments' work for them. They don't work hard so they can play hard, they hardly work. They are rewarded because they are wealthy already.
