I read this just after having read the thread on voter fraud and and it really scares me that the neo-cons will steal another election. Makes you wonder if John McCain was "put in place" because he was easier to manipulate than others. The end of the United States as we knew it and as our founding fathers envisioned it is on our doorstep. I have never been politically active before but I have just decided that I must volunteer for the Barack OBama campaign and do everything within my power to stop the criminal activity by the neo-cons. If I do less I will be complicit.

65,000 NEW contributors. Makes you wonder how much of McCain's was from new contributors and how much from big business.
I apologize for being a little off topic but the timing of the two thread reads just hit me hard and I had to have my say. -

ALL Americans are giving more to Obama than to McCain.

It was reported in our local paper today .... and I've since verified it ... our American Soldier's overseas are giving to Barack Obama at FAR greater levels than Johnny McCain.
Totals so far:
Obama: $60,642
McCain: $10,665
One might think our soldiers would support a veteran.
I think the problem is that John McCain has fought TOOTH AND NAIL to restrict the GI BILL. His reason? Too expensive.
While he considers the GI BILL too expensive ... he SUPPORTS paying Blackwater Mercenaries (George W. Bush's Privatized Army) upwards of $350,000 a year.
