They play "who'll stop the rain " too, ha ha. Rain does get annoying if you get more than you need. Stormy Monday might be a good one for a rainy day. Here comes the sun might be a bit more uplifting...unless your being pelted by raindrops...then it's more of an insult than anything else.

The Doors always are in my mp3 top 20. I actually saw them as a kid. Steel Pier in Atlantic City N.J. - Light My Fire was in the top 40 and Jim Morrison was at the top of his game. (Or I just happened to catch them on a good night). Seriously the performance was mesmerizing.

I live in Tampa. Tropical storm/ prospective hurrricane Fay is heading our way. I will have to listen again before we lose the electricity. Just kidding. Early in the prediciton, local news invariably warns the Tampa area of possible landfall. This happens every year. That is simply because this is the most populated county and consumers go biz. One of these days, we will actually get hit. The last big one dates back to '29.

I REMEMBER THE TIME IT WAS THE MOMENT WHEN PEOPLE MADE A COMMITMENT TO THE SELF AND TOOK IT TO THE STREET FOR SELF AND THE SYSTEM AND YOU FELT ALL THE CHILL OF LIFE AND HOPE AT THE SAME MOMENT.

HAVING BEEN A MEMBER OF THE BEAT GENERATION AND IN KOREAN GAMBIT AND THEN IN TO THE "HIPPIE TIME" LOOKING AT THE INSANE WORLD TRYING TO LIVE A RATIONAL LIFE WATCHING THE OLD MEN MAKE THE YOUNG FIGHT A WAR THAT NO ONE COULD WIN AND NOW WATCHING THAT COUNTRY BECOME THE LAND OF "NIKE" CORPORATE SLAVES MAKING A BUCK, HOW TRUE "THE RIDERS OF THE STORM"
AN AID TRIP FROM A FLASH BACK THAT IS NOW A SURALIMAGE IN THIS THE BLOOD OF THE YOUNG MEN IN THE DELTAS OF A NOWHERE LAND.
I"M STILL HANGING OUT LIKE AN OLD DIRTY SHIRT AT 76 MAKING ART AND WATCHING AND BECOMING A PART OF THE CYBERTRIBE IN A DIGITAL GETO TO KEEP THE GRAY MATTER IN PLAY AND IN THE UNDER GROUND AS ANY SMART ARMADILLO KNOWS TO PLAY ANOTHER DAY.
THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS OPEN HERE AS WE KNOW THE PAST ALWAYS SPEAKS TO THE FUTURE
