I believe it has to do with arm sales. We are selling arms to those that we have enslaved by war, such as the Iraqis. One of the ways that we feed our military industrial complex is too create the need foreign countries have for weapons. China and Russia do the same. With Iraq, there may be a lack of hard cash, but who cares, They have black gold;, which is the very reason that we invaded their country.

I am sure, in return for their new and desperate need for weapons, they are willing to give away a greater value of oil in exchange. That is what is called "friendship" between countries. We are now both hated and needed!

Those other nations, like Poland, will share in these "perks".

Yeah - remember the old way to enjoy the diversity of the world?
Cultural exchanges, exchange students, sister cities?
Now they get together for arms deals, and trade deals that
crush others - Hah! and sometimes us! - and the new motto
      is:
All the friendship money can buy!

So within the next decade - when China will be the number ONE
economic force on earth.................how many friends will WE have?
