I could care less how rich or how many homes a person has.

But if you can't remember how many homes you do have, and you stutter a bit, sound confused, and then say "my staff will get back to you [the reporters]", that's scary.
Did you see Obama's opponent reading from index cards yesterday, telling an audience and reporters that he's "not criticizing Obama's patriotism, he's criticizing his judgement?"
LOL...he was reading that from index cards...and he's expected to do well in the debates?
The only reason he did well at Saddleback is because he gave minimum, quick answers...his advisors have repeatedly told him to talk briefly and keep answers short, because if he tries to talk longer than a minute or two, half the words will be "my friends"...
Does anyone really want this guy for President?-

Let`s face it, the guy and/or his staff or the church staff cheated at Saddleback and gave him the questions before his turn. Even the pastor lied about it at first, later admitting that McCain was NOT sequestered but in a car where anybody could have called him and told him the questions. He was not even in the building for the first half of Obama`s interview and he knew what question was coming before it came.

These same guys lied and cheated to get tens of thousands of innocents killed over greed for profit and power. Does anybody really think one of these guys did not tell McCain the questions beforehand?
Look at the desperate kool-aid drinkers on this board. Does anybody think they would not cheat to give their candidate the Saddleback `win`?
Regarding McCain`s mental challenge, I think it`s obvious that the man is sinking fast.-

I disagree, Lurch...Obama's opponent didn't get the answers before the meeting. The pastor wouldn't do that...

Obama's opponent did well, I'll admit that, at least in winning a few hearts in the audience and the people who saw it on TV.
But the next two months will be different, and Obama will do very well...-

No I don't think the pastor gave McCain the questions but I think he was hoodwinked. The pastor said McCain was in the "cone of silence" so he couldn't hear the questions. That was, in fact, not true. Whether or not Pastor knew that or not is not the question. The fact that McCain was not isolated gave him the opportunity to hear the questions by radio or tv and some of his quick answers seem to suggest he knew what was coming.

I did not say the pastor told McCain, but the pastor did say that mccain was in a cone of silence when McCain was definitely not. Think of all the kool-aid drinking cons on these boards. Now put one of them on the church staff, the production crew staff, or on McCains staff. Imagine them sitting there hearing the questions and then having access to McCain and McCains staff with no cameras around.

What`s more likely, they would tell the questions or drop some hints to someone on McCains staff who then gave McCain some extra pointers based on this info, or the kool-aid drinker figured it would not be fair to help out their hero who is behind in the polls?-
