21 Days to Get Back into Shape »
Posted By vapahi 3 months ago in FamilyBack in May I gave myself a 21-day challenge - get back into shape, and stay in shape. I enjoy working out, and I've had a regular routine for many years. But for some odd reason, I got off track last year. This happened around November - about the time when temperatures started to plummet and I began wearing sweaters and a jacket. I don' t know why, but I find it hard to workout in the winter. But, I like to stick to a schedule. Thus, I can maintain toned abs and arms, and I don' t have to engage in crash workout sessions in March and April in preparation for swimsuits and tank tops.
