The candidate endorsed subsidies for private entrepreneurs to build low-income units. But, while he garnered support from developers, many projects in his former district have fallen into disrepair. Before he goes accusing John McCain as being out of touch and an elitist he needs to take a good look at his own record of accomplishments. One has to wonder how Barack Obama can reconcile the face the he and his wife live in a $2,000,000 mansion finamced in part with the help of his SLUMLORD political associate Tony Rezko. Rezko who as a developer and builder amassed a personal fortune by exploiting these unfortunate victims and others like them.
