    Are they kidding. Are we really going to believe that there is a water shortage? Do you not remember 3rd grade science where you learned about the water cycle. Even if it is put on plants being watered and the food is eventually wasted the water still goes back into the water cycle. I have a hard time believing that we have a shortage of water. Just a thought thuogh.
