We are very glad we bought the system, as our water was very hard. The first thing we noticed was the lack of chemical smells from the running water as it flowed out of the faucet. This makes the water more appealing to drink straight from the faucet. We used to have a Britta Water Filtration System, and we don't have to use it anymore. We have two little kids who like to drink a lot of water, and now they are enjoying our water very much.
