This link also contains pictures of reporters holding the birth certificate of Obama as well as the raised seal and many other things.
If he has a valid birth certificate, as he apparently does, doesn't that mean he was born where the certificate says? It says he was born in Hawaii. That makes him a citizen.

One thing we do know is that Mc wasn't born in the US!

This man is a Hillary man, and a sore loser. Obama was born in Hawaii, it will all be cleared up soon enough. However, this is just another excellent example of Libbies throwing their own under the bus, which has cost us dearly in the past, and will continue to cost us until we band together, willing to do whatever it takes, regardless of what it is, to support our own.-

The difference is that Obama has only one parent that was a US citizen while McCain had two parents that were US citizens. If both were born outside the US then ONLY McCain is a real citizen. Therein lies the problem. The law at the time for both requires both parents being citizens if born outside the US and at least one of them residing here after that. The law was changed after that to be just one.

This 'article' is the downside of turning 'journalism' over to the internet .... any crazy person can submit any crazy article ... and even crazier people will discuss the relative merits of the 'article'.

Even Jose Madre understands this is completely bogus ... and he (as I've been led to believe) was not even born in the United States of America.
This is simply more rantings from the so called Christian Conservative Political Party. -

You can look this up on the state department website. A person does not lose American citizenship if s/he is automatically granted citizenship to another country, e.g. for instance if your parents drag you to another country and you get granted citizenship.
It all depends on the intent of the person, such as applying for citizenship on one's own.
We have to look at what Obama did after he became old enough to decide.
The answer seems obvious.-

In this case it matters where he was born. That is going to be the deciding question. If born in Kenya to a citizen of Kenya and a citizen of the US then he is not a US citizen. The law at that time requires both parents to be US citizens.

I personaly like to statue the american flag, but I do it secretly.
I dress up in gray and paint my self gray and I go and stand very still in the park while holding a flag, and everyone thinks I am a statue. Even the pidgeons darn them darn them.
But I suspect you were dribbling that lie that Obama will not salute the flag or wear a flag-pin on his underwear or put his right hand over his left heart during the pledge.
some advice : go to the park, stand very still and hold a flag. Try and guess how much people love their country, according to how they behave in front of the flag.
Think it will work?
I don't . -

Repugs have squandered enough U.S. tax payer dollars investigating consentual sex and engaging in an unnecessary war of agression that has the country on the brink of bankruptcy! We do not need 1 single cent spent on this bogus allegation.

It's 99 and 100 100ths' percent B.S.
But it's a great way to mess up Democratic unity and get McCain into the White House!

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
Also:
PURPOSE: To define the term “natural born Citizen” as used in the Constitution to include three categories:
(1) Any person born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
(2) Any person born outside the United States to a U.S. citizen parent or parents who are eligible to transmit citizenship, and
(3) Any person adopted by the age of 18 by a U.S. citizen parent or parents who are otherwise eligible to transmit citizenship to a biological child.
This bill is intended to clarify the term and end uncertainty about the eligibility requirements to run for the Office of the Presidency. The definition of this term is an issue that has been debated in legal circles for years and has never been ruled on by the courts. Clarification is needed before this becomes a real issue. Congress should be the institution that defines this term, not the courts.
In addition, Congress has previously used their naturalization power to define the term “natural born” as used in a statute. In the Naturalization Act of 1790 Congress defined “natural born” to include children born abroad to citizen parents. Although the language was not kept in later naturalization laws, that specific language was not challenged.
Persons Born Outside the United States to Citizen Parents:
This bill clarifies that the term “natural born Citizen” includes children born outside the United States to citizen parents. This provision provides comfort and certainty to members of the American military and foreign services, as well as expatriate families, that their children, too, are eligible to run for president. These children are no less qualified than children born on American soil, and they should not be treated differently. Of course, children born to American citizens abroad would only be eligible to run for president if they satisfied the fourteen year residency requirement in addition to the “natural born” requirement.
Support for the position that the term “natural born Citizen” should include children born outside the United States to citizen parents is particularly well articulated in a law review article by Jill A. Pryor entitled The Natural-Born Citizen Clause and Presidential Eligibility: An Approach for Resolving Two Hundred Years of Uncertainty. This article argues that “any person with a right to American citizenship under the Constitution, laws or treaties of the United States at the time of his or her birth is a natural-born citizen for purposes of presidential eligibility.”-
