Seems to me the article leaves out the most positive thing about Biden. It gives Obama someone who can run interference on the Hill and get things done behind the scenes. Biden can put polish on Obama's initiatives by intuitively knowing how to apply give-and-take to both parties and both houses. Nobody doesn't like Biden, even if they disagree with him. And Joe gets a shot at the White House.. He`ll just be Biden his time for 8 years.

Ok, that pun was horrible. I admit it.

From one of the youngest Senators ever elected to the oldest President ever elected (if he runs he'll haver recently turned 74 when he takes the oath of office). Seems appropriate. And I also just realized that if McCain is elected, he'll be only the second divorced President (the late Ronald Reagan currently holds that distinction).

JFK had the best at doing that and treated Johnson like a buffoon. When Johnson was president there would be a news story saying that a bill was being bogged down in congress. Then there would be a story about a group of congressmen going to the White House. Later there would be a story about the bill passing congress and going to the president.

Will Obama treat Biden like JFK treated Johnson or not.
