John McCain got right on the edge of class warfare language along the lines that his pal (though resigned from the campaign) and potential Treasury Secretary Phil Graham(sic) did when the former Texas Senator accused Americans of being a " nation of whiners ".

In recent days, John McCain has said that the folks he considers rich are the ones with assets of more than $5 million. And he also apparently has forgotten the number of houses he owns.

Compare this to Joe Biden who in 2005 was ranked 99th out of 100 senators in terms of personal wealth.

And amazingly in 2006, Open Secrets lists Biden as 108th out of all US Senators (i.e., negative 8! How did he do that?) with a near negative value on total income and assets.

Biden has not enriched himself through marriage, book deals, land swaps, or even betting on Intrade.

Biden is a good choice. He's experienced but not senile, he's got a lot of positives.
I noticed McCain's personal income (separate from his wife's) was 4 million last year.
Now you know why 5 million was the number he picked as being "rich". Incidentally he has 9 houses on seven properties for all those struggling to keep one. Or worse all of those who were foreclosed on.

I'm glad Biden won't forget how many houses he owns.
I also hope he doesn't forget just how much he praised McCain on the Jon Stewart show-- wishing to run on the same ticket as him.
I also hope he doesn't forget how much he bashed Obama during the primaries as being inexperienced.
Instead of going with a winning VP (Hillary), he chose a mentor.

"Joe Biden Won't Forget the Number of Houses He Owns" One. And it looks like Biden drives an older model Ford Pick-up. Why is this relevant to the title of the article? McCain doesn't know what kind of car he drives either.

A plague on all your houses. Your political system is of the 18th century and is not adequate for the 21st. In the UK the electoral process lasts 3 weeks and yours: 3 years ? This means that the system is corrupted by monies laid out in expectation of largesse in the subsequent Congress and Administration.

McLame needs a nap more than he needs to be President. Maybe Fred Thompson can purchase McLame a good Barcalounger.

The ELITISM tag you're trying to pin on Obama, Cons, is getting extremely thin.
