Comments for Obama Nation Author Jerome Corsi's Racist History Exposed »

Posted By Ratskii 1 year, 3 months ago in News

Jerome Corsi has brought his pathographic anti-Obama narrative to hundreds of thousands of readers--and millions on radio and TV--just as he did with Kerry. Corsi has become the court bard of the conservative movement. Many don't know of his 9-11 conspiracy theories and is close associations with white supremacy.

Mr. Corsi has associated himself with white supremacists, conspiracy theorists and the far right for a long time. Now, with his book, Obama Nation, the republican party is embracing him. Teddy Roosevelt must be spinning in his grave.

I don't remember who said this during the last election, but I find it very apt: The right wing is like a group of well trained attack dogs, while the left is more like a pack of mutts.

All the right wing master has to say is "attack" and they all attack without asking why, while on the left they are all barking at each other trying to figure out who the leader is among them.

I certainly don't think people on the left are stupid, and I don't even blame them for this behavior. I think it comes from their nature of being thinking creatures, but it's a definite disadvantage in politics.

        Muts?
        Nonsense.
The left wing is like a herd of cats.

I watched Mr. Corsi speak about his book on C-SPAN last weekend. The really scary thing about him is he comes across very intelligent and experienced. If you didn't mind the hate you could almost fall for him.

I'm sure a lot of people do. It's a real danger when high intelligence is accompanied by a lack of conscience. Add some ambition and you are courting a disaster.

Corsi's a creep. I can't remember who posted this link on another story, but it's a great one listing quotes from the book he wrote swiftboating John Kerry:

              http://mediamatters.org/items/200408060010

Anyone who sees this and thinks Media Matters is spouting propaganda need only check the book to find all these outrageous quotes.

I don't agree Beau7890. Personally, I will not comment on Corsi's latest book without reading it. but, I certainly feel he is on the right track when I consider his eloquently written book, "The Late Great USA."
I am also surprised that no one seems to recognize his PhD.
                He is brilliant.
But, he does not support McCain, either. IN fact, He would be more inclined to choose Ron Paul, Mark Baldwin or Bob Barr. Because these men are Constitutionalists.
Anyone voting for McCain or Obama simply does not know any better.
Check out the 3rd party candidates. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Or, If you prefer having the govern. on your back, no personal rights, a policed state, then vote the popular. Both McCain and Obama are means to the same end.
You'll need to look further than what MSM provides, to discover the Truth.

Ron Paul is no different from any far right republican except for his views on a few of the sections of the bill of rights as far as domestic spying and foreign relations.

There is another not so kind reason why you would say Corsi would support Ron Paul. There is a reason why several white supremacist groups support Paul.

No more senseless propoganda than your constant pushing for Paul. Look at his statements. Paul holds the same views as the republicans on the bogus belief that the US was founded as a "Christian Nation" Paul claims to be a strict constitutionalist but apparently he has never read the constitution since he claims that the constitution is "replete with references to God"

The only differences he has with the Republicans is he opposition to spying on Americans, getting out of Iraq and elsewhere. Otherwise, he shares similar views on almost everything else. Maybe you should look into his actual beliefs instead of just spouting your own version of propoganda.

Sorry, but I'm not going to vote for a man who believes that the US is a Christian nation, believes that the constitution is "replete with references to god" which is isn't.

I'm also not going to vote for someone who has the support of nazi, white supremacists, holocaust deniers, 9/11 truthers. How much of Paul's money comes from these groups? Why does he dance around questions about accepting money from these groups?

Also, why doesn't he release copies of his newsletters from the early nineties, like the one from 92 where he wrote this:

" Indeed, it is shocking to consider the uniformity of opinion among blacks in this country. Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty, and the end of welfare and affirmative action…. Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the “criminal justice system,” I think we can safely assume that 95% of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal.

If similar in-depth studies were conducted in other major cities, who doubts that similar results would be produced? We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings, and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers."

Let's not forget that Obama, our man of change, voted in support of the recently passed FISA Bill. (Giving this govt. the legal power to do what it was doing illegally for years after 9-11) The above use "fear of terrorism" to gain control of our personal.

Yes, I know. Anything that doesn't glorify the almighty Ron Paul is senseless propaganda. You've made that perfectly clear.

Let's not miss an important point - books top the best seller list based on sales. Most of this book's sales are "bulk sales" i.e. if a large organization placed an order to hand out to their members it doesn't matter. Sales are sales but not necessarily to folks shopping in book stores or buying on Amazon, etc....

It is a statistic in need of explanation. If the book is going to people with similar views to the author, than the perception that the mainstream public is turning on Obama is incorrect. The purpose of the book is to create that perception and fool us into voting against our own interests yet again. The NY Times even says that most sales of this book are bulk sales.

When will the people in this country wake up and call bullsh!t when they see it?

Did anyone see or hear Corsi on either of Sean Hannity's shows? I ask because I thought Hannity was pretty outspoken against 9-11 conpiracy folks and I wonder if he brought up that issue? Or did he just forgive and forget to accomplish the larger purpose of smearing Obama?

Hi smithichie, here's a link that provides a transcript: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,395823,00.html

I didn't see anything about 9-11 conspiracy in there. I was very interested in their attack on Saul Alinsky. He's a populist rebel from my generation who wrote a book called Rules for Radicals. Basically it is a handbook showing how to organize, research and put forth lefty and liberal ideals. Alinsky was, among other things, non-violent.

I thought that Hannity's statement that you couldn't read Alinsky without be a radical yourself, was particularly humorous.

Thanks for the link. Nope nothing about 9-11 conspiracies, how convenient for Hannity.

Convenient for both of them. Why attack each other when they can both attack the common enemy?

Exactly. I understand politics makes for strange bedfellows and all that, but I think Hannity owed his listeners and viewers a disclaimer that this 'author' (and I use the word loosely) also promoted a view Hannity himself spoke out against many times. In fact I believe the word he uses for 9-11 conspiracy folks is "kooks", funny how that only applies when it suits his needs.

It's typical for people like Hannity, Limbaugh, and their followers here on Porpeller, etc. He has a right to his "opinions" on 9/11 because he is a right-wing guy.....you're not allowed those opinions if you are on the "left"

What always amazes me, is how easily the bogus claims that Corsi Puts out in his books are debunked, no matter how much you point it out, people like AG, etc believe every word and will "shout down" anyone who points out the lies.

Speaking of AG....how long till she shows up to defend Corsi? How long till Wolfie shows up to claim that white supremacist groups don't exist?

this is petty garbage to even put our precious time into. Simply spoken, we need a qualified 3rd paty candidate.
Mine choice will be Ron Paul or Bob Barr!
