Give me Liberty: I want my country back! »

I love the America of the Constitution and limited government - not the America of the Patriot Act and the Orwellian Department of Homeland Security.

I love the America that Washington and Jefferson said should be far removed from all the age-old quarrels of Europe and Asia, while trading benevolently with people all over the world - not the America that has troops in a hundred countries while our own government prohibits us from peaceful trading with dozens of countries.

In short, I want my country back.

George Orwell was not only a good writer, but apparently a fair to middling Prophet, he said exactly what the future of our country would be...BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU!!!!

My family has been here since before the start of this country. Being a Patriot is part of life. It is more than calling yourself an American. Yes I want my country back too...

How do you account for there not being any terrorist attacks in this country since 9/11? A lag in terrorist planning? sure.

Here are a few well documented examples of what would happen If you liberals had had it your way...

1> Terrorists would have cut the suspension cables holding the Brooklyn Bridge, killing tens of thousands...

2> Terrorists would have attacked the New York City subway system.

3> A terrorist in Chicago would have exploded a dirty bomb.

4> Terrorists would have blown-up a shopping mall in Columbus, Ohio.

These are but a few examples!
Fact is, you need the Patriot Act. You need Homeland security. Otherwise tens of thousands more Americans and others, at least, would be dead right now at the hands of terrorists that liberals seem to have bleeding hearts for.

In a post 9/11 world, the only way you can "get your country back" is to defeat Islamo-Fascism where ever it is. There's no going back unless you can defeat the terrorists; to think otherwise is irrational. It's not like you can wave a wand: you have to fight them and kill them. What's the matter with you?

You want your country back? VOTE FOR McCain!!!
