I wondered what Jon's staff was looking at with the far away gaze of hope and love as they directed their eyes to upper right. Further investigation shows that just out of the camera's view was this:

I fail to understand the irony. Besides, MSP is the acronym for these two twin cities which is actually what many people call them since they are right next to each other. Of course, where the billboard may actually be, whether in M or SP, may prove to be the clue to unlocking this breathtaking conundrum.
