I certainly agree that Congress has a lower approval rating, but lets look at why. The Dems have a majority, perhaps, but that does not give them control. The white elephants are sitting there with their filibusters and making a sham out of our law system.

The reason Congress does not have a good PR is that they can not do what the people want them to do and that is to bring us back our rights. There is a strong possibility that that will change in Nov. Then lets see if the ratings change.
