My foolish 31 year old is working two jobs a lot of time trying to make ends meet. I offered to let her live here with us if she would go to school. She did that for most of a school year. Then she decided to move out and quit going to school. She must like having two jobs. You can make offers and if they do not want to do what is required you can't force them.

  i'd say from her perspective being homeless is preferable.. since she's already experiences living with you..

  Ironically, are you not providing/offering a social program?
  
  Not suggesting right or wrong, but I am trying to point out that certain times helping others is not criminal. Almost always, we all find ourselves in a position to receive help at some point and eventually have the opportunity to return the hospitality.
