I do know that JC is also Jesus Christ. I tought however,it was quite obvious, as Jesus Christ never said those words (at least not in the Bible I read) , that I was speaking of Julius Caesar (also called JC).

So, sorry if you didn't make the right link immediatly.
As for those words, they are atribuated and linked to Julius Caesar who used them first, like,e.g. "alea jacta est", when crossing the Rubicon.
Those same words (and others) are still used today, so, obviously, some later Roman generals might ave used them to. I would actualy appreciate, as you seem to imply later generals used it as an "formula", which general(s) and after what battle(s).
Concerning healthcare (again only one point fo the series):
I find having to go each time to emergency rooms rather not nice, for small problems (cold, influenza, vacinations.....) I rather go to a doctors office (or have him come at my house).
As far of insurance, well, private insurance will ALWAYS be more expensive, and usualy has a lot of conditions, minimums, maximums tec....
On top of that, not all people can affort those private insurances.
However, preventive medecine should also be available
