I don't wonder. I'm too busy buying lard, a deep fat fryer and some Twinkies.

Hang on to some of that stuff so you can deep-fry your turkey for Thanksgiving (Louisiana style) and fry the Twinkies for dessert.

        ind good investment.

Don't forget the Oreos, Nutter Butters, Snickers, pickles, mac 'n cheese, spaghetti, hot dogs (either in corn or flour batter), cheese curds, veggies, and who knows what else.

You might be able to invent the next fair food.

A cheeseburger soaked in buttermilk and rolled in crushed Nutter Butters then deep fried! Put your advance orders in now!

Is it on a stick? If so then I want a half dozen. (Nobody will believe me and that way I can share.)

I was thinking about putting it in a waffle cone

I've heard there is a "restaurant" in New York City that claims they will deep-fry anything you want. No lie, I think it was even on 60 Minutes a couple of years back.
