What a wonderful experience it was this evening watching Senator Obama accept the nomination and make history.

I loved the way he took McCain to task and challenged him to a debate. I will be looking forward to seeing this man take back America for the American people.

  Historic, and touching. If elected, and if he can at least have a Dem Congress long enough to get some things accomplished, maybe, just maybe we can get back on track.

      This was the same speech Bill Clinton gave 16 years ago, promise everything. The end result was nothing except increased taxes. I see that Libscape has decided to pull my comment as spam. That is typical in a liberal free speech area.

        Are you mathematically challenged? All you have to do is think about all the things he promised including lower taxes and you realize they don't add up. In BO terms if you make $20K you are considered wealthy.

    Well, if you'd have bothered to read his speech or listened to Obama, he welcome the debates now that he's the democratic candidate for president. Why would he have bothered to debate McBush during the primaries?

    Why on earth would Obama bring 80,000 people to one of McCain's lame events that only 20 people show up at otherwise?. Again an example of good Judgment. It's time for America to elect an intelligent president, one who cares more about America, it's people, and spirit than simply keeping a party in power for the sake of a few oligarchs.

  McCain challenged him first and he refused cause he knows he will lose the only way he will debate McCain is if he gets to set the rules, and plant the questions

    Well, that is a very dim view of Mr. Obama and his abilities.
    No Problem. Obama isgoing to debate; he won't set the rules, and planting questions town-hall style or listening to them from the 'cardboard box of silence' will not be allowed.
