Posted By kettlebellnathan 1 year, 3 months ago in SportsI have been posting about using kettlebells to train your legs lately because many people still seem to think they need a machine to properly train the legs. Let me state this clearly, unless you are a competitive bodybuilder, there is no reason why you would ever have a reason to use a machine to train your legs. Squats, deadlifts and lunges are far superior for leg strength and development than any machine and will strengthen other parts of your body at the same time. I love to use heavy barbell training to build leg mass, but kettlebell deck squats are a great leg drill that makes your whole body work too.
