    The comments go a long way toward enriching an otherwise mediocre article.

    I'd say the author is probably dreaming though. What China has done with its economy in the last thirty years is absolutely amazing and quite likely unprecedented even in smaller countries, it seems doubtful that India will be able to emulate that accomplishment.
