    i dont know what obamas qualifications are because he cant list something that isnt there...we see palin and how her parents raised her, and mccain and how his father was an admiral in th service..lets look at obama, his father was a drunk, a muslim who got a free ride in this country and then walked away from his family, his mother was a loser who, despite what obama wants you to believe was an atheist, who wanted to be in a socialist society..if your looking for character , mccain palin is what you need not an admitted drug user, who wants a socialist america where the government controls everything, a community organizer to lead this country... now thats some qualification..oh i forgot a senator who voted present 138 times..i can see it now ..president obama, russia is threatening to attack..his response "i dont get it i pushed this staples easy button and nothing happened, what i cant vote present...that worked in the senate.." want to know about his loser mother than watch this video it will tell you what the media wont http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAYWAoSgS0w i dont want to attack his dead mother just want you to see what her beliefs were and how she molded her son...

    I'll say it again: Being a former POW does not qualify one for the presidency. If it did, there would be many homeless vet candidates. Being a former POW *does* qualify one to be ignored by the repuglican administrations that follow their captivity.

      Obama's Liberal Shock Troops

      Should Mr. Obama be elected, he would become not just the head of the Democratic Party but also the inspiration for a large number of liberal groups. Some of them would no doubt lobby him to hand out taxpayer grants and contracts for their nonpolitical "community" efforts.
      
      Indeed, Mr. Obama has extensive connections with the granddaddy of activist groups, Acorn (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now), which has gotten millions in government grants for its low-income housing programs.
      
      In 1992, Acorn hired Mr. Obama to run a voter registration effort. He later became a trainer for the group, as well as its lawyer in election law cases.
      
      Acorn's political arm has endorsed Mr. Obama while its "voter education" arm has pledged to spend $35 million to register people this fall -- despite a history of vote fraud scandals that have led to guilty pleas by many Acorn employees.
      
      The housing bill now before Congress would set up a slush fund for community organizations such as Acorn. But Acorn has gone quiet in its lobbying for the bill this week with the news that one of its employees -- the brother of Acorn founder Wade Rathke -- had stolen nearly $1 million from the group. Mr. Rathke decided not to alert law enforcement or the organization's board, and kept his brother employed at Acorn until last month. "Is this the kind of group we want getting taxpayer money?" asks Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.)
      
      But Acorn may play, along with other liberal groups, a leading role in electing Mr. Obama. Such groups deserve a closer look now, before their influence and possibly their clout grow dramatically after the November election.

  I don't think Obama's claiming, as Palin and her supporters did last night, that being the nominal head of the Guard in Alaska makes her a leader and a military leader at that. The fact that once they're mobilized for war that they fall under federal jurisdiction and she has no say kind of shoots down that lie.

    Obama's foreign policy advisor said his foreign policy would be based on Winnie the Pooh. Obama himself said he'd resolve the Georgia conflict by--no kidding--punting to the Security Council where Russia has permanent veto power.
    
    Any drunk off the street would run America's foreign policy better than that.

      Since we set Georgia up to invade Russia--yes, you read that right, GEORGIA INVADED RUSSIA--by repeatedly telling them we'd back them up about South Ossetia, it seems fair to allow a less interested party to moderate. We also have permanent veto power in the U.N. Security Council.
      
      Any drunk off the street knows better than to start a war with Russia when we're already fighting two other wars and threatening a third in Iran.

        * You pay for universal healthcare, but after the corporations and idle rich take their share, you don`t get any medical care

        You think that Georgia invaded Russia. What have you been drinking. South Ossetia is Georgian territory that Russia has had troops in claiming that a lot of South Ossetians are Russian citizens. Therefore the say they just wanted to protect their citizens. Maybe we should let the Mexican army in to protect the Mexican citizens.
        
        The confrontation was triggered by the Russians and when Georgia tried to maintain order in the parts of the country left to them the tanks rolled in. That was a long range plan because it takes months to set up an army to do what they did in days.
