We are not drilling in the 10 million acres set aside because there isn't enough oil there to be productive. The only thing Jimmie Dean Carter got right was to set aside anwar for exploration. Drill there and It wouldn't take 7-10 years you would have your oil in two!-

You truly do not know what you are talking about. It could take at least two years just to get the equiptment and infrastructure required for drilling online. If you want the project to be safe for the humans... I'm not even talking about the animals here.
