A survey being released Thursday by the Mercer consulting firm found 59 percent of companies intend to keep down rising health care costs in 2009 by raising workers' deductibles, copays or out-of-pocket spending limits.

    And again, another issue to talk about. And again, one that affects millions of "regular" Americans. You're willing to defend regular Americans by arguing over Palin, but not over issues? There was another very discussed story on here about McCain's camp saying this election will not be about issues. Are we going to prove that true and ignore issue story after issue story? Let's have a debate.
