She called herself a pit bull.
The species KNOWN by all to lose control and tear the throats out of children in front of everybody.
Creationist, Secessionist, and dog who loses it and kills the innocent.
Sarah Palin...she'll force magic in science class, erode the unity of our Democracy, and destroy the wrong people, as soon as McCain can't do it.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 4) (recursion depth : 2) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

Debunked. A Smear with so much Pap.
" The justification for Hudson's misleading "infanticide" charge stems from a proposed state version of the federal Born Alive Infant Protection Act, debated in Illinois when Obama was a state senator in 2001. The most well-publicized portion of that bill would have required that any "viable" fetus surviving a late-term abortion receive sustaining medical care (something which opponents of that bill said was already required by a 1975 bill in the state). But because Obama voted "no" in committee and "present" on the Senate floor, Hudson reasons, Obama must have been in favor of killing viable, born babies -- especially since the U.S. Congress also passed a "born alive" measure in 2002 in near unanimous fashion."
"Illinois State Representative Rosemary Mulligan sighed when the Huffington Post told her about the "infanticide" claim currently being leveled at Obama. As a pro-choice Republican who is supporting John McCain for president but also worked with Obama back in 2001, she described the first Illinois version of the Born Alive legislation as "a very onerous bill," adding that "I think that the hardcore, hard right conservative Catholics overreach on this one." "
Oh the Drama over Obama.

You pro lifers just keep trying to chip away at Roe V Wade with this type of legislation. Then when pro choice advocates vote against it you call us "baby killers". It's just a stage show. As Markmawn2 stated above there is already existing legislation that covers the issue, so what's the need for another redundant law? It's all just smear.

tchef,
Yes, we keep chipping away at Roe v. Life.
When Roe v. Life passed, it did not chip away. It swept over 2300 years of social mores, professional ethics, and legal precedent under the carpet as if sanctity of life never existed.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 9) (recursion depth : 7) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

You should watch the Michael Vick story on Animal Planet. The majority of his "killer pit bulls" were kind nice dogs who were trained to be killers and the majority were adopted out. The breed is actually one that is so loyal and loving that they will do whatever the master wants to please them. They are tortured if they don't meet the stereotype or killed. Not one of those dogs were put down because of temperment and many of the "Bad News Kennel" dogs have adoptive families with children. We make them killer. The rest of your post is probably right, but the world never thought those pit bulls would be adopted out and saved either. I am going to wait to see if what seems obvious and probably true in your post, is as it seems or time and misconceptions will lead in a different perspective. I think it is too early to judge completely on something that could be an undeserved misconception. (Don't forget I probably think you are right)

And who trained Sarah Palin?
Fundamentalists and Neocons.
The most vicious, heartless branch of Christianity and the most vicious, lawbreaking branch of the Republicans.
You are proving the arguments against her.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 6) (recursion depth : 4) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply
