    Isn't it interesting that across the board percentage pay raises and/or increases in the minimum wage are immediately followed by increases in health care premiums. Coincidence? Probably not.

      There were increases in insurance premiums, copays and out-of-pocket limits in each of the ten years BEFORE the minimum wage was raised.
