I'm curious - you ever face anti air craft fire?

Come to think of it, Canadian, you ever fight for anything but scraps?

Don't have to. I don't live in a country that is becoming universally hated.

McCain himself in his book states it was entirely his poor judgment that got him shot down. Chuck's statement is completely true and accurate. Though you may not see many Canadians in the BS undeclared wars (which simply shows intelligence not cowardice) of the last 60 years, they have shown themselves quite capable when threats are real.

A famous Canadian historian, John Bartlet Brebner , pretty much sums it up.

"Americans are benevolently ignorant about Canada, while Canadians are malevolently well informed about the United States."

Oh, I know that. I travelled the US quite extensively in my youth.

              Great country, great people.

It’s been a while since I visited, but I remember that anyone would be hard pressed to find a nicer, more generous bunch of people. The problem is that lately, since the arrival of Bush and his ilk on the political scene, it seems that if you get more than two or three of them together at a time and discuss politics, religion or anything that smacks of socialism, their IQs drop about 50 points.

It’s time to get rid of the bible addled morons and step into the twenty-first century. Time to start spending your tax dollars on treating your citizens like family instead of on more ingenious ways to kill poor people of colour on the other side of the world.

Take a chance on Obama. Anything would be better than the republicans.

          good question, have you?

maybe you should READ McCains book dumbaZZ.

I'm also so tired of TURDS like you belittling our best and closet (geographically) allies. Canada is full of really smart people and it's really progressive country...THEY get along prety well.

Scraps? - since when did Canada get any aid from the US?

I suppose you don't like France either and you were the first putz to line up in the freedom fries line.

les you forget, without FRANCE we would N OT have our OWN independence....

“you ever fight for anything but scraps?”

No, but I can foresee a day when you and the rest of the US will be standing on our border with your hands out looking for water, energy resources and anything else you can get your hands on, because you’ve squandered all of your own.
