From the article:

"UPDATE: Bloomberg reported that Palin’s speech was even better for Democrats--Barack Obama has raised $8 million since Wednesday’s speech. 'Sarah Palin’s attacks have rallied our supporters in ways we never expected,' Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton said. 'And we fully expect John McCain’s attacks tonight to help us make our grassroots organization even stronger.' "
And it's actually above $10 million now.

doesn't matter as soon as palin was selected the money started to pour in..........they were waiting for his pick...you know all those people obama slandered........all those bitter, clinging, praying, bible reading, church going, gun toting, hunting, boiler maker drinking, fly fishing, catholic, pledge of allegiance reciting, proud of America knuckle dragging neanderthals that he likes to belittle and now is kissing Hillary's ample rear end for her help in appealing to them. Dont think most of America was impressed or swayed by the Denver Barakopolis. He has to go crying to MOMMY now for her help.................

You keep telling us we are very scared.
Reply
Is there some deep, dark need in the Republican soul to be frightening?
Is that what the idiot war, the imploded economy, the love of guns and small gods was all about?
You were just trying to be scary ?
Help! Help! The Republicans finaly have someone to get enthusiastic about!
Sorry.
It just isn't working.
Maybe if Palin wore her hockey mask for speeches, or something? -

Not sure what your point is here. We know cons will vote for a tree stump if they think it will keep their tax cuts rolling in so of course we want to make sure that we do everything humanly possible to destroy McSausage and Miss Half-Baked Alaska. That's not fear, that's practicality.

Pc25: 'which is why PANICKY OBAMA supporters felt compelled to go to the hip again..........they are worried about Sarah Palin'
Reply
I have never felt complelled to go the hip.
I have been to the hop ; ( and danced darn well too ).
I have shot from the hip as occasion demanded.
I sometimes rely on hype.
and I think hope is audacious;
but I never go to the hip .
Oh, and we are worried about Sarah Palin.
When she hunts from airplanes, how does she lean out the door to fire those heavy rifles without falling out?

Apparently, she is a strong defender of the practice..

We are limited to one link per reply now; but if you google
Palin Hunting Airplanes , you get reliable links to her offical policy
positions on the subject ( as well as the usual amount of garbage ).-

Chances are excellent the wolves were shot to prevent the overpredation of prey species.

Guess you never lived in the wilderness where there are animals.
I'm surprised that you aren't complaining that she didn't shoot enough wolves, you know protecting Bambi and all.-

I expected that answer.

Palin only shoots the wolves from airplanes, out of love for the furry little darlings; sometimes love is tough.
Bambi isn't real, GW; that's a cartoon, a fake.
And the person who hunts from an airplane using a high powered rifle;
isn't a hunter, and isn't an outdoorsman, and isn't even in the wilderness.
They have turned themselves into a cartoon, a fake.

Aerial hunting program kills 124 wolves
CONTROL: Wildlife officials estimate that more than 1,400 moose saved.
i am not a proponent of this practice but here are the reasons given by state wildlife and conservation officials. Judge for yourselves, the practice has been going on years before sarah palin was elected governor -

Which you failed to do. Which makes your post that Palin participates in aerial hunts worthless.
Please do not spout nonsense when you have no clue what you are talking about.

Sarah Palin Champions Barbaric Aerial Hunting of Wolves

Just another way Governor Palin shows she is pro-life!
This past weekend I wrote about Gov. Sarah Palin, and her views that polar bears do not need to be placed on the Endangered Species List. Now it is time to consider her equally troubling view of wolves.
http://dekerivers.wordpress.com/2008/09/03/sarah-p...
When I first read this I couldn't believe it
then I watched the video and my daughter who thought Palin was in her words "Cool" saw
the video. My daughter has aspirations to become a wild life biologist, well lets just
saw she no longer thinks Governor Palin is "Cool" and lets just say she has a few choice words for her now!

"Ever been attacked by a wolf?"
Reply
No. I don't go to certain areas in the world, cause I could run into Cheney and his shotgun could backfire.
Cheney's shotgun is known to backfire on his friends as well...which reminds me, Palin & Cheney will meet up prior to the election...Cheney might have his shotgun with him...sorry, let me focus on the topic we are on, will there be a wolf as well? -

Palin believes in home schooling, pro life no matter what the circumstances, no sex ed for teens and others, a different form of science then what science is, wants to control what type of books libraries can have, said "I haven't focused on it much yet" when asked about the Iraq war, which has killed thousands on both sides and cost billions, is being investigated for bullying an ex employee.

I've decided that at least with you, I'm not going to verbally pummel you until you start whining like an eight year old girl, or John McCain, cause I kind of like you. Sometimes there is just no accounting for taste.
So any comments that you throw my way on political threads, I'm just going to ignore. There's enough acrimony here already. And the world needs more music lovers.

Putin, Ahmedinejad, and the Taliban are praying with you. Would you and Palin consider moving to one of those 3 countries? I am willing to start a donation fund for all of your one way plane tickets to the destination of your choice...-

A bullet would be cheaper, but lest we forget that I'm a Canadian and we are thought of as a moderate, peaceful nation, I'll even offer to chip in a little cash to set up a fund for all republicans to move the the continent of their choice.

North America has suffered under the weight of the rabid right for long enough and is in danger of sinking even lower, if we don't lighten the load by getting rid of the belligerently delusional.
