Haven't we been told over and over that being familiar with the candidates associates and private lives are necessities as it gives us insight as to their character??

Why is so many of McCains military records sealed, and now why is Palin's husband's ex business partner's divorce records being sealed? If there's nothing to hide, why hide it?

Conservatives put this on the table when they posted that hideous video of some deviant who said he had sex with Obama while they did coke. Then took soundbites out of context of Obama's minister for smear purposes only, and attacked Michelle when she supposedly said "whitey", which wasn't really proven to be true because it could have been why'd he....

When you get bit by a mosquito do you watch to see if it will bite you again or do you swat it? I swat it, i think everyone does, but now i will probably be accused of being violent.

  Took sound bites out of context - in what context would "God Damn America" be ok...in what context would the "US KKK A" be ok...
  
  I agree that looking into a persons associations and political insight is important to understand what kind of character they have - HOWEVER, if you are going to do it for ONE candidate, then you need to do it for ALL candidates.
  
  Do you really want to dig into Palin's background, when Obama has just as many skeletons that haven't been unearthed, or have only been glossed over...seriously, be fair and unbiased people.

    Not to fear, every associate that Obama has had since birth has been disected to death, which is why i say, what's fair for one is fair for all. Republicans put it on the table, if they didn't want to eat it, they should have left it in the cupboard.

        Here's the real story about Trooper Gate....Yes, the OTHER side...

It doesn't matter that when she said she was going to get a divorce and she wanted to divorce him that he came up to her and said, if you divorce if you hire an attorney, I will kill your father. That, by the way, is one of the verifiable facts in Trooper Gate. The rest, the investigation is still ongoing. We do know he said to her, "I'll kill your father if you hire an attorney." But why by the way, that would be the governor's father. Hmmm. Oh, and by the way, the she wasn't firing, she wasn't firing the guy in Trooper Gate because of the incident. Trooper Gate is really much more about who talked to who. Did anybody go and try to influence the firing of this guy. There were several people including the attorney general of the state that called the state trooper's office and said, what is the status on that. It's under investigation. It's okay: Palin came and said, why is this guy still being paid? Do you realize he has threatened the life of the father of the governor. The guy who's in charge of the investigation said, Mr. Palin, you do not want to be here right now because this will be construed as a and he left and never made contact again. You're telling me that somebody who was according to, you know, the sister's side giving shocks to your child with a stun gun and then verifiably threatens the life of your father if your sister hires an attorney. You are telling me you wouldn't go in? Remember, we're not talking about Washington D.C. We're talking about people who were a soccer mom and an oil rig worker. You're damn right you would. Okay. So they don't explain that in Us Magazine. They just say, from Trooper Gate to her involvement with the Alaska Independence Party, a fringe political group that has sought Alaska's secession from the U.S. ."

        Hey moron, the Alaska Legislature has just voted to subpoena Palin's hubby to see what he knows about this sordid affair by America's number one political ho. I love it, just before 11/4, the Alaska Legislature votes to impeach Palin for abuse of power. The next sound you hear is the Republican party joining the Titanic at the bottom of the sea.

    You should watch the videos of Sarah Palin's minister and that of a visiting pastor from Africa protecting her from witchcraft. The lady is an extremely zealous evangelical and her fire breathing administrators of faith are fairly way over-the-top. That she can't carry on a simple question-and-answer session with Katy Couric makes her scary! This is a dangerous person for VP and likely pres when McNasty kicks trying to chase her around his desk in the oval office or straining to take a dump.
