actually she's not more qualified.
I'd take Obama, a senator who knows how Washington works, HAS foreign policy experience or Palin any day.
Gee, they say her "commanding" the Nationl guard is FP experience. It's well documented that she has never even given them an order in the first place....(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 6) (recursion depth : 4) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

I'll give it to you on the Nat'l Guard, if you agree that two and a half years on a committee as a first term junior senator, especially when two years of that have been spent in a full-time campaign for President doesn't really count as foreign policy experience.

Bruedaddy;
She has been to Iraq and Europe visiting troops and such more than Obama. I would think that would give her a bit more experience there.
On the other thought of being a Senator , just voting present the majority of the time, you can't just vote present when you have to make a decision in the White House. He also claims to be against BIG OIL but voted for the very subsudies he claims to be against.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 7) (recursion depth : 5) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

How about Mccain. Mccain knows how Washington works and has accomplished nothing except cheating the american people.. His foreign experience consists primarily of blaming Iraq for all of the U.S. Problems. He makes idiotic statements about Iran, Russia, tire gauges, the anthax scare (he blamed Iraq for it) ,whats to bomb or sanctions countries he does not agree with. This guy is scary. Anybody is more qualified to be president than Mccain, Anybody, period.

yes, pure repug pandering!
Indicative of McBush's failed judgement! He told us he was looking for international experience in a vp, and he gives us a women with no national or international experience who is willing to neglect her children even more than she has!
See that little girl using spit on her little sister's hair during the convention? Just a sign of parental neglect!(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 7) (recursion depth : 5) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

"she's a friggin' unqualified, self-serving moron."
That could be said about many a politician. The thing that bothers me most about the republicans is that they are the party of the bible addled.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 5) (recursion depth : 3) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

OH yes, PTA Mom. Eminently qualified.
She's practically a cartoon. Devoted mom by day, moose hunter by night. WHen does the graphic novel come out?
This is laughable stuff.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 6) (recursion depth : 4) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

This thread very clearly demonstrates the fact that Democrats and the extreme left must digress to personal attacks, unfounded innuendo, and occasionally outright fabrications. So they resort to lies and slander in order to attack. Because in the arena of ideas, all they have to offer is bigger government programs, less personal freedom, higher taxes for the most productive. Kill personal incentive and more power to the central authority.
Palin is hot and she's kick yer ass to the gates of hell...and you'll probably love it.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 5) (recursion depth : 3) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

dj, we have a right to be mad at the damage you repugs have done to the country and the world! Politics to you is just how much your greed is satisfied... while to dems it has meant lives, jobs, income, healthcare, pensions... all lost under the repugs!
Defend the saipan sweat shops will ya? Or the lies that have resulted in 1.2 million dead Iraqis? Gitmo? Torture? More preemptive war for which we helped hang Natzis? Failed economy? Bush and repug federal deregulation to give us bad loans (started with McBush as one of the Keating 5), bad toys, bad food , speculated gas/energy, bad responses to disasters, threats of more war, bad unfunded school policy, drugs that our Medicare seniors can't even negotiate lower prices on (VA pays 58% less), Blackwater immunity for killing 18 Iraqis innocents, contractor immunity to allow rape and fraud ...
Come on, answer to your corruption!(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 6) (recursion depth : 4) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply
