    When a person asks a question like this they are really saying, I want to lose weight but I want you to do it for me. You lose weight by doing exactly as the article says. Change your eating habits and EXERCISE, It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if you use more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. This precludes anyone with a medical condition which can be taken care of by a doctor.
