Palin in a Bikini - CNN Runs It »
Posted By Karlyc 1 year, 2 months ago in NewsCNN Said: "yes, she looks good in a bikini clutching an AK-47, but is she equipped to run the country?” CNN’s Lola Ogunnaike said in response to a question on the network’s “Reliable Sources” show, which aired Sunday. ... Ogunnaike’s remarks, which came in response to a question by host Howard Kurtz about whether Palin’s status as a political celebrity might undercut Republican efforts to portray the vice presidential nominee as a serious, reform-minded governor, were posted on CNN’s Web site and have since been reported and discussed on numerous other independent sites."

Speaking of busted, Karlyc, what's the difference between doing that and you doctoring the titles of your stories? Exactly. Palin is a shrill, vacuous beauty pageant runner up who likes to kill animals with guns. So what's the harm in CNN doctoring a photo to put it's own special spin on the truth? ;-)

Fake, false and untrue. What's worse is that it's actually a fake of a fake of a fake.

It's pretty sad when my fact checking skills are better than CNN.-

CNN is not about reporting the news, but shaping it. A simple tour through their Atlanta office will tell the story. In almost every office window in view, Democratic campaign materials are visible to the public. They don't even pretend to be impartial.

Fox news is fake news. It will be going off the air after most people program it out of the remote. I deleted Fox from my remote and now I just don't see it when flipping through.

Anyways, Palin is really disgusting. I think it would be funny if ole Johnny McCrank tried to fiddle with her and was caught by Cindy.-

I did the same thing with CNN, NBC, and CNBC and programed the system to automatically go to Fox News on all my sets when one of the others is selected. I get tired of being told what something is and how I should think, I just want the facts and be able to make up my one mind. Fox is the only news channel left that is anything like true journalism.

I don't even have cable TV, so unfortunately you can't accuse me of being biased. Isn't the definition of "fake news" reporting something that is knowingly false? Isn't that exactly what CNN has done by reporting the picture as true? But I'm sure you're fair in all situations and also took CNN off your remote.

And just out of curiosity, are you a woman or are you a gay man? Palin isn't disgusting by anyone's standards. I know you would like to cut down every Republican for anything, but you should probably stick to policies with Palin. Do you know any of her positions? You could have had CNN or Fox News tell you what they are, but you already took them BOTH off of your remote, right? -

Lots of photoshop work is done as humor and is identified as being so. Passing off a fake is wrong and a major news station like CNN knowing it was wrong but runs it away? Seems to me that sends their credibility from little to NONE. It is as if they can't see past the fog of their liberal bias to report facts. News should be facts, commentary is opinion. CNN doesn't seem to be able to separate the two.

as I said above it's not made up, tho FOX may be spinning it as usual
Reply
I saw it as it aired, so I can't give you a link, but I can restate, it is not made up-tho the segment did not explicitly say it was a real pic or even refer to the pic directly. It was used as window dressing in a corner of the screen to introduce some spiel or another, that began with 'Oh sure, she amy look good in a bikini...' which is not explicitly saying, 'there! That's her in a bikini!', but is leading the casual viewer to assume that it's her in a bikini thru implication.
I personally think its sloppy 'journalism' but even if it was her in the bikini with a BB gun, who cares.

You know, at a point the Republican candidate was behind in the (mostly liberal) polls but I didn't see the type of desperation that is present today in the liberal camps. Pure desperation as they see 'their' world falling in around themselves. What they should prepare for is to support the next President of the United States, the honorable John McCain (in my opinion).

As I have said in the past, even with the prospect of Obama being President, we, as Americans need to get back to the day of giving the Presidency the honor and respect it had in the past. I, for one, am willing to support the winner of this election for the greater good of the Country. How many liberals can say the same?
GOD BLESS AMERICA and NO, I'm not ashamed to be proud of my Country or my Religion!-

John is nothing more than a lying sack of crap, Who cheated on his first wife (several times ) Sarah (can't teach my kid abstinence at home) Palin is a lying part of the secsessionist group that want america to succed from the nation. Talk about hating america.
Maybe america will grow a brain this year, cause the last almost 8 years have sucked with the last administration which by judging John hired cronies that are the same slime buckets ( who slimed him by the way in 2000 ) Yea, great judgement, so new and different........NOT!!!!!!
