I saw the segment on CNN. they didn't say the pic was real or fake explicitly, but implied it was by showing it in a corner of the screen and saying 'she looks good in a bikini...' etc
Reply
The only bailout clause for CNN would be if they did it tongue and cheek, assuming everyone would automatically know the pic was fake, or that it was common knowledge.
which would still be presumptuos and sloppy -

I am starting to wonder is the republicans are not behind the attacks on palen. It seems to me that they are bading the media and they are falling for it.

I can't see how all this information could keep coming out and they keep pretending they don't know about it, someone is running a scam here!-

Why is it so hard for you to understand that the Left is nervous about Palen and her appeal to the public and wants to do anything possible to viscerate or ridicule her so that she won't be taken seriously by the voters. The thing the Liberals and the far Left misses is that their stupid attacks on her and efforts to smear her are making her sympathetic to the public and actually helping the Republicans. But the Left cannot help themselves -- they hate someone like her so much that they just MUST go forward with this nonsense.

Speaking of busted, Karlyc, what's the difference between doing that and you doctoring the titles of your stories? Exactly. Palin is a shrill, vacuous beauty pageant runner up who likes to kill animals with guns. So what's the harm in CNN doctoring a photo to put it's own special spin on the truth? ;-)

It's been done for years by the yellow tabloids like Time, News Week and the New York Times. Scam, scam, scam. Once again the media can't find anything so they create the news just to report the news was faked. What a joke. I guess it's from running out of things to tun that puffs up their own candidate. Aren't these the same folks that won't mention Barack's middle name, run a photo of him dressed in Kenyan garb or talk about his questionable friends and associates. Again, 2 parties, 2 different standards. Liberals are hypocrites.

--Your comment is a *perfect* example of how ignorant and poorly educated Americans are, why they vote for dangerous people like Bush and why we will continue to swirl towards the bottom of the toilet. The poorly educated think that we should be in Iraq spreading democracy but they don't realize that when we are bigoted and racist and prejudiced towards others that are different from us WE (as a country) come across as hypocrites. Please do not write to me again with HORSECRAP about what freaking CLOTHING Obama wears. Con stupidity is more terrifying than any terrorism I can think of. ;-( -

We all live in own little worlds now. See things from a totally different perspective. A sad state of affairs for this country. But Obama talks to a muti-racial crowd of inclusion, while the GOP convention reeked of exclusion. That, the eye can see.

These are your campaign issues? How pathetic!
Ayres who you refer to is hardly a close friend. Obama has already spoken about Rezko. At least he acknowledges they were once friends. Don't recall Bush saying the same of Ken (Kenny Boy) Lay? So you are essentially saying that no one you ever trusted has let you down? Get real!
Do you ever include your middle name unless required? I seriously doubt it!
And what the he-- is wrong with putting on cultural garb? I can show you a picture of Bush in a native Russian dance outfit but it isn't necessarily funny. Your comment on that is flat out xenophobic (racist is a word you might understand better). Anyone who wants to be President better be willing to do such things.-

No harm???? Would you say that if Barack or Michelle were portrayed as naked natives in Africa? Or if Biden was portrayed as a dotty old man who couldn't keep food in his mouth? Of course, you would be violently offended if a news outlet ran such pictures. I guess it matters as to whose cow is being gored, doesn't it?
