Which conspiracy seems more believable? 911 commission or controlled demo? Hopefully the truthers will continue to push this in the next administration. If the new 'cons' get into office by distracting the electorate, there will be another 4 years to sweep this dirt further under the rug.

If the whole thing finally does come out, and it does turn out to be the largest of a series of attacks by terrorists, going back to the '80s, will "truthers" believe it? No.
I say no because every bad thing that happens in the world is attributed to America's government.
Hurricanes, floods, droughts, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, plagues, famine are all caused by America generally, and her government specifically according to the "truthers".

please don't get me wrong.. I saw the planes hit.. I BELIEVE that they were piloted by 19 arab "terrorists"... I do NOT BELIEVE the twin towers were brought down by controlled demolition.. tower 7 "maybe"..

hell by definition those two snipers in the DC area were terrorists.. an WHO KNOWS how long they could have continued if THEY hadn't tried to extort money..
a smart terrorist with just a handfull of like mined people could bring the nation to it's knees with only high powered rifles.. 30 people shooting 1-2 a week in major cities would incite a panic and have everyone holed up inside..

This is plain stupid...if the government was actually behind the 9/11 attacks, don't ya think it would have taken at least a few years to get the attack all prepared. (many years that date far back to President Clinton's turn in office, Bush was only in office a few months before the attacks took place) Don't ya think there would be dozens and dozens of government people who would have known about the plan. Don't ya think if there were dozens of people involved or dozens knew about it, then many of those government people would be Democrat Bush haters. Don't you think those Bush haters would have spilled the beans on the Bush administration. There's simply no logic to it, anyone who does beleive the government was behind it are simply out of their minds... If you think about it, It's really more likely that the Clinton administration would have been behind it. The entire thing was all planned while Clinton was in office.

Hey, how about this thought. The attacks were actually a CLINTON conspiracy and they blamed it on Bush.
9/11 was an inside job, all set up by President CLINTON!!!! It's actually more likely that Clinton was behind it, because he was in office while all of it was planned!

When you say it like "CRAZED MULSIMS" it reminds me of the human wave attacks Iran pulled on Raygun's ally Sadaam Hussein back in the 80's . Now that was crazed. I think the men who pulled off 9-11 were more like a dedicated, skilled and motivated enemy.

While I agree the 911 commission was hamstrung from the begining I simple can't believe the controlled demolition therory either. I don't believe the Bush administration planned or carried out the attacked either. However I think there is credible evidence that they deliberately ignored the warnings that a terrorist attack was imminent and they planned to use the attacks to project American military power into the ME via an Iraq invasion. In other words they were expecting truck bombs not planes as missiles.

Not saying the either one doesn't share some responsibility, along with the Republican Congress (that was fascinated with the adventures of the presidental penis instead of focusing on the threat of international terrorism).
Clinton should have attacked bin Laden in Afghanistan soon after the USS Cole was attacked. 41 should have told Saddam that we would defent Kuwait as if we had a mutual defense pact with them to stop his aggression before it started. -

Outrageous! It was discussed when we were planning security for the Atlanta Olympics. That was during the Clinton
administration - but when a President leaves office, do the intelligence agencies shred all the prior intelligence?
I don't think so.
If it weren't so tragic, you'd want to ask ,"How much are we paying these people??" But you guys believed her when she sat on the Sunday shows and warned of an imminent threat of a mushroom shaped cloud from Iraq!

why do you think there was no security in the buildings the weekend before? Why were they doing wiring during that weekend?Why was the debris not analyzed after? Why were there explosions below the ground? Who had the personel to implement it? JUST MAYBE THE PENTAGON -
