Maybe Palin's visiting preacher can start calling them to let them know that Palin supports his view that the terrorism acts against Jews are really just God's judgement against them not accepting Christ. I'm sure they'll be thankful to know that's the real reason for terrorism and not fundamentalist, extremist nutjobs.

Jewish voters report calls disparaging Obama
By Kelli Kennedy
Associated Press Writer / September 16, 2008
MIAMI—Jewish voters in Florida and at least one other state are being targeted by a telephone survey tying Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama to Palestinian causes, an advocacy group alleged Monday.
The Jewish Council for Education in Research says at least two women in separate states were push polled, or asked questions intended to influence voters while pretending to take a poll, on Sunday afternoon from a caller who said he was from Research Strategies.
Joelna Marcus says she became uncomfortable when the caller asked if she was Jewish, whether she was Orthodox and how often she attends synagogue.
Why do you bring up Palin's name?
The caller then asked if Marcus would be influenced if she learned that Obama had donated money to the Palestine Liberation Organization. The caller also asked how she would vote if she learned that someone on the Illinois senator's staff had close ties to Palestine.
Marcus, a 71-year-old former college professor, said she was furious.
"I said you're not polling me. This is un-American. This is unacceptable," said Marcus, a snowbird who lives in New Jersey and has a house in Key West. "And then this is the scary part. He said if you had not said that you were Jewish, you would have been disqualified." -

none are stronger supporters of isreal and the judeo-christian heritage than the religious right. for you to say that sarah palin supports what this preacher purportedly said (which is only your statement) is hogwash. along with the other nonsensical and very ignorant notions about those who find something meaningful in their beliefs. if you are so frightened of those who are religious conservatives then go left, that's where the islamic fascist supporters are. which is why islamics and their america hating, anti-semitic organizations have insinuated themselves into our schools and university teaching positions, the media and our political arena. good luck with that.

the president of the isna a fascist islamic organization with ties to the fanatical muslim brotherhood was an invited speaker at the democratic convention. khalil mansour, long time obama backer, funds the isna. these are anti-semitic, anti-zionist organizations. as far as jews are concerned, there is plenty to worry about with mr. obama and his perplexing alliances. leftists who are driving this democratic party in '08, were once just a fringe element, and they just love the islamic "cause". i am a life long democrat, and i am voting for mccain-palin. i can sleep better knowing who is roaming around our white house.

Obviously you buy the propaganda about Obama.

He not an anti-semite.The right is trying to scare you and it's working.
You have more to worry about with Palin who wears her fundmental views on her sleeve.
She attends a church that blames Jews for the terrorism committed against them because they haven't accepted Christ.
Also her church shows further intolerence by holding conferences to "pray away the gay"
Jews historically have stood up against intolerence.
This Jew is for Obama/Biden!

There is no direct connection, yet, between the evangelicals that Palin boosts, the far right of the GOP (who if they went away no one would miss), and this survey. It would be good if our "uber liberal" and "incredibly ethical and free" investigative journalists (you know, the ones that "missed" the fMI5 manufacture of British evidence, the pancake pancake uranium story or the White House edits of the "Weapons of mass destruction" report the Senate used to justify invading Iraq which, when it failed and popular support dried up, has now become a mere "error" in judgement) identify Research Strategies (the ones doing the poll) and identify who paid them to do the poll. Could there be, imagine, might there be, a connection between an evangelical hypocrite who used a spouse to get an ex-in law fired (all in name of Jasus to be sure) and this mean, nasty kind of Donald Segretti politics (if you don't know, google it lazy readers)? LOL. Idiots run the media, fools believe them, and only a mental moron would continue to believe anything this corporate media prints as news of what's happening on the planet.

Check out the facts! The cop was regularly beating the **** out of her sister, sending her to the hospital twice! Thats not the type of cop that belongs on any police force, and she should get him fired any way she can "In The Name Of God" or In The Name Of Any Other Person Or Entity!

Pockets of this country receive a lot of CON propaganda like this. It actually shows the disrespect republicans have for people's intelligence. On the other hand. it worked in 04. For some reason, the DNA ignores these pockets, allowing CON propaganda to stand.

Hey - WAKE UP AMERICA - We all pray to the same guy (gal) we just call him (her) different names. Tolerence would be nice by all. Bottmo line is thet Obama's carefully spoken stance on the Middle East does lend credence to the belief that he would stand by while Iraq, Iran, etc .... continued to pound at the Jews. Truth is yes, the USA would not be so hated in the region if we did not choose to support Israel and their rights. But the USA is not necessarily about the popular decision we're suppose to be about what's right. So we back them, just as we backed Kuwait and helped free Iraq from a vicious dictator. In 20 years we will be seen in a positive light for our efforts in Iraq but until then we take a lonely stance and during that stance we MUST hold fast to our belief's of doing the right thing. Including NOT electing a Middle-East sympathizer.

Clearly, you're holding fast to your beliefs of doing the right thing... but how do you know that in all your holding fast, you fail to see that the thing you're holding fast to is not, in fact, right?

Sympathy and Empathy are extremely important human abilities. If you lose sympathy, you become like Hitler, willing to go to any and all means to achieve the end.
How does your personal moral compass tell you what is right? Have you weighed the damage done by Saddam Hussein vs. the damage done by American Imperialist ventures? Can you? (when the US refuses to count the dead of Iraq in this war?) -

At $10 billion a month, we can't afford 20 more years in Iraq. Please watch this movie and then tell us how we will be seen in the middle east next year:

It was the CONSERVATIVES that borrowed money from COMMUNIST CHINA to pay for the Right's Iraq "war."
The ULTRA-CONS are the ones that made America hopelessly indebted to Communist usurers.
Bush and his gang borrowed a trillion dollars from Commies to fund a war of greed and attrition and YOU went right along with it!
Is this the way your Neocon parents raised you? To take money and be beholden to America's enemies instead of paying your own way?
You are a disgrace to America lloyd. As are the parents and churches that taught you your hateful lies. -

why aren't you attacking the groups making these calls? if Obama's camp was doing the same thing, you'd be screaming at the top of your lungs that this is wrong wrong wrong.
and that makes you a hypocrite.
and then you say that the jews are just being dramatic.
wow. this all sounds eerily familiar.

I guess the Jews are finally looking at alarm to a guy didn't bolt from the doors of a church that sides against Israel and, instead, supports those who shoot missiles and rockets willy nilly into Israeli neighborhoods from populated territory (Gaza), Israel traded in the hopes of achieving peace.

That is the policy of churches associated with Palin.
Palin's Churches and the Third Wave
Sarah Palin's churches are actively involved in a resurgent movement that was declared heretical by the Assemblies of God in 1949. This is the same 'Spiritual Warfare' movement that was featured in the award winning movie, "Jesus Camp," which showed young children being trained to do battle for the Lord. At least three of four of Palin's churches are involved with major organizations and leaders of this movement, which is training a young "Joel's Army" to take dominion over the United States and the world.

If you really want to affect Republican voters, you might try not verbally abusing them as your first step. Your actions drive them more and more to cling to the values they hold dear (none of which are actually in your list, except possibly, for a few perhaps, creationism).

Well, perhaps it is time to let other jewish voices express their opinion of this "campaign" by the racist zionist totalitarians that support McCain in the hope that he will continue to "support" the ethnic cleansing of over 7 million christians and moslems in palestine.

GOP group behind negative Obama poll
.....The Republican Jewish Coalition, which is launching a campaign against Obama on behalf of Senator John McCain, sponsored the poll to "understand why Barack Obama continues to have a problem among Jewish voters," the group's executive director, Matt Brooks, told Politico.
The poll asked voters their response to negative statements about Obama, including reported praise for him from a leader of the Palestinian terror group Hamas and a friendship early in his career with a pro-Palestinian university professor. Some Jewish Democrats who received the poll – including a New Republic writer who lives in Michigan – were outraged by the poll, describing it in interviews as "ugly" and disturbing. A group that supports Obama, the Jewish Council for Education and Research even staged a protest outside the Manhattan call center from which the calls originated Tuesday.
"If the RJC is responsible for these calls, which are designed to frighten Jews and sow mistrust, they have forfeited their place at the Jewish table," said the co-executive director of the group, Mik Moore. "It is incumbent upon the McCain campaign to speak out forcefully against this and ongoing efforts by his supporters to scare Jews into supporting his candidacy." ...

.... In a May, 2008 poll, more than 60% of Jewish voters said they would vote for Senator Barack Obama in the general election; 28% said they would vote for Senator John McCain. Obama's support from a large majority of American Jews is likely due to his background in the social change movement, his judgment in supporting efforts against Al Qaeda and opposing the war in Iraq, his leadership in reconciling racial and religious divisions, and his vision for creating and sharing opportunity and prosperity among all Americans. Obama's commitment to the long-term safety and security of Israel has inspired renewed hope among Jews disappointed with the lack of engagement in the Israeli/Palestinian conflict that has characterized the Bush administration.
According to a recent opinion survey of American Jews by the American Jewish Committee, Obama's positions on a range of issues are closely aligned with those of most Jews. For example:
80% believe the United States should handle its energy need either by encouraging greater energy conservation or developing alternative energy sources. Obama's energy plan has focused on conservation and alternative energy, while McCain has emphasized drilling for oil and a summer gas tax holiday.
67% believe the United States should have stayed out of Iraq. Obama opposed the decision to invade Iraq, while McCain strongly supported the invasion.
67% believe the United States should allow illegal immigrants to remain and become U.S. citizens if they meet certain requirements over a period of time. Obama has consistently stated that comprehensive immigration reform is the only solution; McCain, after championing these reforms, has backtracked to emphasize punitive measures embraced by anti-immigrant activists in the Republican Party.
