San Jose is aiming to be the capital of clean technology following a $250m (£139m) deal with electric car maker Tesla to base its new factory there.

    Green, only if the paint is green. The only difference is the pollution is generated at the power plant instead of the tail pipe. Also consider the battery off-gassing.

    And only a few will sell at $60,000.00 as gas heads back down.

      I disagree, this is the future, with this and the Chevy Volt coming out
