Fashion police is right...who's to say what is bad taste, anyway?

If the ass or genitalia shows, that's one thing, but 10 cm of underwear?
Ridiculous!
And to think other communities around the country are considering this. Hope there are enough judges out there! -

I don't believe it's a good thing to pass laws regulating how a person dresses but they do have dress code in most schools. Why isn't that a violation of civil liberties? There is hope in sight baggy pants and visible underwear seem to be becoming a fashion passe'.

I remember an incident in Atlanta recently when a thug tried to commit a carjacking but when confronted by police tried to run away but couldn't run very far with his pants sagging and tripped and fell. Baggy pants do have some good results sometimes. lmao.

USA has about 5% of the worlds population and 50% of the worlds lawyers, no wonder you can't get a straight answer.
Last week I heard on the radio of a Florida male getting arrested and charged for flashing;;;only he was flashing at a nude beach,, seems it was in bad taste. -

Jamarcus Marshall, a 17-year-old high school sophomore in Mansfield, Louisiana, says he believes that no one should be able to tell him how high to wear his jeans. ''It's up to the person who's wearing the pants,'' he said.Marshall's sagging pants, a style popularized in the early 1990s by hip-hop artists, are becoming a criminal offense in a growing number of communities, including his own.Starting in Louisiana, an intensifying push by lawmakers has decided that pants worn low enough to expose underwear poses a threat to the public, and they have enacted indecency ordinances to stop it.
