I don't think they're stupid. They're stealing your money by taxing you too high then give it to somebody who don't deserved welfare(I do like helping poor people who deserved helps but I don't grow money tree). I think some of these ghettos are busy taking drugs while other ghettos trying to make their life better like somebody else.

  How do you tell which poor person deserves to be helped? Do you mean that you would not help anybody unless you know them and their life history?

    Candida, doesn't needed to know them but checking their backgrounds. I addressed it to the bad poor people who is lazy. I wouldn't say anything if I don't have knowledge about some of them.

  I like taking your money and giving it to the poor better than taking your money and giving it to the rich as the Republicans do.
