I don't think he said we should kill all executives but we can plainly see that the punishment placed upon executives that exploit their workers and robbed them of their life savings does not fit the crime. The punishment didn't fit the crime with Enron or will it with the present debacle on Wall Street. These greedy individuals are walking away with millions of dollars stolen from their employees and investors.

The story doesn't say that these executives did anything unethical, just that there was a labor dispute. It is possible that a company must lay off workers due to purely business issues.

But I agree with you. Truly unethical executives should be tried and convicted for their crimes (as Enron's CEO was). However, the punishment should never been death at the hands of a mob.

The article said "The incident, in Greater Noida, just outside the Indian capital, followed a long-running dispute between the factory's management and workers who had demanded better pay and permanent contracts."

To me, that sayd they were getting paid CRAP and if they argued for more money, they would be fired. Probably, that is exactly what triggered the bludgeoning. He started firing people because they were asking for more money. And with the BILLIONS of poor people there, the exec would have no problem hiring more people.
