If you were better informed, you would know that back in March McCain knew where Spain was and said he would be happy to meet with the Spanish president.
What changed since then? McCain sold himself out to the ZionCon, israel-first zionists who are infuriated that Spain withdrew its troops from Iraq and has a much more balanced treatment of the mideast than the US. For example, McCain's chief foreign policy advisor, Randy Scheuneman, has made his personal fortune out of using the american military for zionist corruption. Obama isn't black. He is just as white as he is black so get over it Messo. Both parts of Obama does not make a leader. He can talk well, but that's about it.
