The Quinnipiac is so left that their recent poll results actually show that McCain has gained substanciallly. This is based on their results in comparison to past polls. See below

    Method Obama McCain
    Survey USA 236 281
    Rasmussen Reports 259 279
    Quinnipiac 242 155
    Mason Dixon 190 126

I would say the Palin effect is gaining momentum. 60,000 people showed up to hear her talk in FL.

I was there. It was 10,000 to see Palin and more than a few were just curious. Several around me said they were voting for Obama after hearing and seeing Palin.

I was at The Villages for Palin's appearance and on Saturday in Jacksonville for Obama. Obama's crowd was estimated by the police at 28,000!!!
Beats Palin's approx 10,000 in a completely Republican safe neighborhood.

Palin saw Floriday from Florida to add to her foreign experience. I wonders how much gains from standing on Mt. Everest.

Palin gained foreign experience when she saw Mexico accross the border and Cuba over the horizon. I wonder how much she sees standing on Mt. Everest.

The first Florida campaign stop by the Alaska governor and Republican phenom drew a crowd estimated at 60,000 by officials in this Central Florida retirement community.

This is out of the Palm Beach Post.

Comparing Obama to Sarah Palin defeats your intent. She and McCain are drawing bigger crowds than Obama and will defeat him in November, because he doesn't have the experience to be running for the Presidency of this country.

I checked the monthly poll stats and McCain and Palin, on the whole, have closed the gap on Obama.

When it comes to ANY NEWS written or published by AOL/Time Warner you can assume that it is pure Bull Sh_t. I just spent time in 2 of the states mentioned and while there is concern the McCain/Palin ticket is head and shoulders above Mr Obama unfortunately as the lesser of the 2 evils. Time to take our country back by what ever means necessary. First we must harness a liberal media and somehow force the to report in a fair and unbias manner. Today "THE MEDIA" in my opinion PUBLIC ENEMY #1

Would you let a medical intern who just graduated medical school to do brain surgery on your child, clearly based upon his handsome looks and his pressed shirts? This is a medical intern that during surgery with your child's brain exposed has to refer to his medical books on anatomy. Or would you feel more confident giving that job to a well respected surgeon with 30 years of experience who is able to make decisions and think on his own two feet? Think about this before you make a final decision about giving a man with practically no experience, a man who is unable to make a decision without a Teleprompter, the most powerful and the most important job in the world! If you make the wrong decision, not only is your child's life going to be affected, but your entire family, including your business, home, your job, your vehicle, everything!

            sol,
Would you let a man who graduated 894th out of 899 in his class do that surgery?

Or would you want the guy who graduated magna c um laude to do it?

McCain didn't make much of his education, didn't succeed too well in the army (unless crashing planes and getting captured is success to you), failed in his first marriage, and then went on to the Senate where most fellow senators don't like him very much.

Obama graduated near the top of his class, was President of the Harvard Law Review, and rose very quickly through the ranks of the DNC, clearly showing that he has something special.

I really don't understand everyone saying Obama is getting by on his looks. He's funny looking! He's got big ears, big lips, (he looks a little like Alfred E. Newman).

"Would you let a medical intern who just graduated medical school to do brain surgery on your child..."

Why not? If I'm willing to have a horse show organizer take charge of major emergency disaster operations, or have a veterinarian in charge of women's health issues, or ( fill in other numerous examples of incompetence), I should be quite happy with an intern who at least has medical training.

I must have hit a liberal's nerve. The following was removed as spam.
Quinnipiac's Polls do appear to have been very slanted when compared to the other major polls. But we have seen it before. Polls are like statistics, believe neither which you have not falsified yourself.
