  I am so, so, so, so tired of politics being about finding "quick fix" solutions. There's a reason educated people know when to stop having kids, they're educated. Work for a nationwide education plan. Shoot for 100% literacy.

    I'm all for it if they sterilize Repugnant Cons. I mean seriously.. God didn't tell you to have seven children... Really!

  This plan reeks of Eugenics. You are correct in saying this is a "quick-fix" solution. Education is the answer. Poor kids are not the problem, it is the poor choices of parents and government bail-outs that are the real problem.
