plainsmart....ironic screen name considering the message you posted....

safe haven laws are in place for a situation just like this...and others. i have no praise for the parents in this scenario but the children are being cared for. i am an emergency department nurse. in my city, we on't have this happen often but are grateful when children are brought to us instead of being left in the desert to die.
