The CRA was responsible for rebuilding many communities and not just the black neighborhoods as you would like to point out. Republicans make it out as an act to force loans to blacks but that was not the only purpose of it. nuff said.

  You are right, and it worked for a while, but some community organizers (Obama) started suing the banks to force them to make risky loans.

    Yeah and some people like the Bush family just stole the money directly from the Savings and Loan. That doesn't bother you now does it.
