    Here's a tip:

Tell your kid to turn off the TV, Computer, Video Game system (whatever brand it is) and get on their bike, hit the pavement, go for a walk, mow the fecking lawn or GO OUT and play.

Lighten up Dion---have you played with a Wii yet? It's one of the most invigorating, active games around. I want one!

Yes ,we have one, it's the only video game console we agreed to let the kids have, just because its so interactive. We probably use it more then the kids. Great when its a rainy day and they cant get outside to play
