    why do you have to think the worse of people, maybe her medical bills and prescriptions were so high she HAD to take a loan out to keep up and keep alive...

      Stop with the bleeding hearts already. If a person has been living on this earth for 90 years, what in the world have they been doing all these years? And yes, it is possible that this lady figured that she was never going to live long enough to pay off the loan. Sure, the bank should have never loaned her the money, but if it didn't, then WHERE would she be? So, don't be so quick to blame the bank, because 90 years old or not, she bears the bulk of the responsibility. She knew what she was doing when she applied for the loan and now she wants pity. People who truly want to kill themselves, do. Those that don't shoot themselves, so that others may find them. The bank is not in the business of not collecting on debts. Remember, the key word here is B-U-S-I-N-E-S-S, not C-H-A-R-I-T-Y.

        Thank you for understanding that this woman probably needed the money. Those loan people talk you into those loans trying to get over on you! They figured she'd die pretty soon...and they'd get that house. Sorry, sorry situation this world is in!
