I feel very sorry for this woman.... but it's a good example of what is happening out there today with Mortgages...EVERYONE who owns a home is in a crisis today. The appraised value has nose-dived, the ARMS are going up and the loans are changing, it's hard to buy a home and extremely hard to sell a house. If EVERYONE stopped paying their mortgage, I'd bet we'd see help coming from all directions!!!!! Why should some people get help from the governments program (coming out when??) and others not get help at all??...EVERYONE who owns a house is in need!!!! We are all in trouble!!!

The government created this problem, the government should help each and every one of us!!!!
Until then we should ALL not pay another dime to ANY mortgage company out there... I bet we'd see things change real quick!!
