Nutrition is quite possibly the single most important aspect of overall fitness. If you're not focusing on your nutrition, you're definitely not working to your full potential, whether you want to be losing weight or gaining it. The only time you'll start to see solid gains and weight being dropped is when you get your nutrition in check. If we had to put a number on it, nutrition would make up atleast 80% of the equation.
